We will design a building to precisely meet your requirements for size, shape, orientation, materials, colors, finishes, etc. Most clients want a multi-purpose room, usually an office and a gym or an office and a playroom. Whatever you want, we will work with you to design it. Often, we are able to match the design and materials of your existing house when that is a priority, alternatively, we can provide a contrasting design.
Whenever possible, we will re-use existing designs in order to save you time and money. We have a vast library of projects and a long history of understanding and working with local authority building codes and Planning requirements. We can act on your behalf to discuss your project with local Planning and Building Departments.
