We are often asked to complement the design, materials, and color of your existing house, or in some cases, to design a building that contrasts with the existing. Share your ideas and photos of building styles that you like and we will make it happen.
Multi-Use Room
Many clients want a multi-use room, usually an office and a gym or an office and a playroom.
Smaller Size To Accommodate Local Building Restrictions
In San Francisco, for example, there are strict limitations for allowable square space and height.

You can start with a popular shape and style and customize it. Or we can create a totally different style.
Size
10ft x 12ft and 8ft x 15ft YardPods are the most popular but any size is possible.
YardPods which are 120 sq ft or less (measured outside) may not require a building permit.
